● Importance of using maintenance agent After the boiler is deactivated, the outside air will enter the furnace system in a large amount, and the water film attached to the metal surface of the furnace body will form an oxygen solution with the air to reach a saturated state, causing dissolved oxygen corrosion, and the corrosion rate is Ten times the operation, plus residual scale, the corrosion is more intense. It is proved that most of the boilers that cause serious corrosion are caused during the shutdown, so maintenance measures must be taken during the decommissioning.
●Product performance This product is white granule or white powder crystal, non-toxic, odorless, and the function is physical adsorption. It can absorb 40-50% of its own weight of water, and can be oxidized under saturated conditions, and release carbon monoxide to capture oxygen to protect the boiler from oxygen corrosion. At the same time, it is suitable for polar substances such as (H2O) gas Ba3Pa5. It has strong adsorption force and produces chemical adsorption to O2H2CO and CO2N2.
●Using method and dosage will be placed in the steam drum, superheater pipe, each junction box and equipment evenly in the air bag (15-20 kg of boiler maintenance agent per M3 space). The boiler must be placed after drying. Immediately close the steam and water valves to prevent outside air from entering.
